About Me

Angel is a dedicated advocate for helping marginalized groups such as children, LGBTQ+ folks, trauma survivors, and all socioeconomic statuses. Angel graduated with their Master’s degree in Counseling from Wake Forest and graduated with their Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Minor in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin.

With over 7 years of conducting and aiding in trauma-informed care research, Angel uses a person-centered, trauma-informed, holistic approach in all they do. In their various experiences ranging from peer advocate for trans and other LGBTQ+ youth, preschool teacher, neuropsychological testing coordinator, and trauma researcher, they help and empower people through diverse needs.
